::- 5 smart tips to keep smiling -::

Welcome, my dear reader. Welcome. Welcome and congrats, cause you care for your smiles. Here's a small list of things which, I believe, if are taken care of, there's a lot of chance that you can really make a change in your life. So, lets get on the list straight away.


1- OBSESSIONS:

Yes, I understand, everyone is obsessed with something or the other. Everyone has atleast one habbit, hobby or an addiction he is obsessed with. Well, thats the reason, people with peace of mind are rare.

2- STOP BEING ACTIVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA:

It's rightfully called 'the word of virtual reality'. Those who allow themselves to be drowned by it find themselves cramped in dark nights infront of their laptops waiting for replies. Start meeting people. I know we don't get to meet too many friends face to face. However, yes, face to face meeting has something called warmth which you can never get in virtual world.

3- DO NOT READ LOTS OF MOTIVATIONAL MATERIAL:

Quotes, books, novels, blogs, websites and blah blah blah.. There are numerous options to find inspirational sayings and words. My blog for example. What these platforms do is give you an excuse to say you are trying to stay motivated. However, honestly, words don't inspire you as much as a small actions can. And yes, too much of inspirational words simply leave you directionless. Thats why I believe "AN INSPIRATION EACH DAY KEEPS SORROWS AWAY ".

4- DO NOT LET YOURSELF TO BE CARRIED AWAY IN THE WORLD OF THOUGHTS:

World of thoughts is a safe place for idle people. Be aggressive, ask questions, seek answers but don't let yourself carried away. So much that you will think about the morning news from TV throught the day.

5- DO NOT GOOGLE EVERYTHING:

I believe, in a way or other, you have reached to my blog through google when you searched something in the line of- 'tips for being peaceful.' 'want to feel peaceful' etc etc.. Sure, reading is a great relief to seek solution for your problems. But what I suggest is, try writing your problem down. And then try figuring out the solution for it. Write down as many solutions as you can figure out no matter how stupid they seem for a moment. Strike out the ones you believe won't work. And Bingo!! You have your solution with you. This activity will provide you with solution for sure. However, I can't guarantee how a blogger's solution can match your personality and how you can really connect wit it.
